(24년 2학기) K-Health 의료 인공지능 해커톤 수상(Fall 2024) Awarded at K-Health Medical AI Hackathon

MacsLAB에서 학부연구생으로 있는 강다영, 김수민, 박세현, 최서연학생들이 2024 K-Health 의료 인공지능 해커톤에서 최우수상을 수상하였습니다.

대회는 유방맘모그래피(Mammography) 영상데이터를 이용한 유방종괴 영역 분할 AI 학습 모델 개발을 주제로 진행되었습니다. 학생들은 자체적인 Segmentation model을 개발/학습/tuning하여, 대회에서 제공해준 dataset 이외에 public datasets을 활용하여 높은 validation 성능을 달성하였으며, 이에 최우수상을 수상하였습니다.

Undergraduate researchers Dayoung Kang, Sumin Kim, Sehyun Park, and Seo-Yeon Choi from MacsLAB won the Grand Prize at the 2024 K-Health Medical AI Hackathon.

The competition focused on developing an AI model for breast mass segmentation using mammography image data. The students developed, trained, and tuned their own segmentation model, achieving high validation performance by utilizing public datasets in addition to the provided dataset, leading to their victory.
